What are you going to do within our organization?

As a Corporate Accountmanager, you are responsible for delivering worldwide growth in collaboration with our largest customer, operating in the Semicon industry. The CAM role is a sales leadership role that works as an overlay to the sales team of 5, including an account manager for our Service Center in NL. They support the business in NL with our largest customer. In the United States and Malaysia, you are functionally supported through local account management.

The CAM for HQ Pack will lead a sales team with strategic direction through appropriate leadership and delegation. The CAM can have direct line management responsibilities, and be required to oversee and influence world sales resources, while supporting organizational development and drive sales results through an organized strategy and Account Plan Objectives. The CAM reports into the CCO.

The CAM is responsible for the global account plan, and growth objectives. He motivates the account managers around the world to align their account plans and initiatives to the global growth plan.

You will be working with many different layers of hierarchy on customer site, including senior leadership. Externally and internally, you need to manage your network to impact the success at HQ Pack.

What are you going to do within our organization?

Due to the strong growth of our organization, we are looking for an experienced Shift Leader Wood. As the Shift Leader Wood you will be responsible for the daily management of employees. This includes to direct the planning as efficient as possible and continually optimize the production flow.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • The management, coaching and development of the Wood employees;
  • To reassure the quality and safety guidelines of all process steps;
  • To initiate improvement proposals in order to continually optimize;
  • To create a day- and/or week planning in consultation with the team leader;
  • To record and process the necessary administration.

In addition, you will serve as the primary contact in case of possible deviations within the department and you will act as a trouble shooter.


What are our requirements?

To be successful in de role of Shift Leader Wood you have the following requirements:

  • MBO+/HBO work and thinking level;
  • Strong affinity with technology;
  • Minimal 3 years of working experience in a managing/coordinating role;
  • Experience with Lean/5S;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems;
  • Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language;
  • The willingness to work in 2 shifts.
What personal qualities are required?
  • You are pro-active and dare to come up with new ideas;
  • You are as well human as organization oriented and skilled in communication;
  • You are stress resistant and know how to keep overview in complex situations;
