The most important pillar within HQ Precision Cleaning's cleaning processes is wet cleaning, or ultrasonic wet cleaning. This enables cleaning results that meet the most stringent requirements in the semiconductor industry. In the ultrasonic cleaning process, high-frequency sound waves are sent through water. These sound waves create small air bubbles that continue to grow until they become unstable and implode. This creates currents which, together with the soap added to the water, loosen the dirt from the component.
In principle, this is a non-destructive process that can clean complex shapes and hard-to-reach areas in a highly efficient manner. However, with softer materials, there is a risk of cavitation due to the implosions. To achieve optimal results without risking product damage, the settings must be very precise for different materials. The type of soap used is also very important for optimal results in the cleaning process. HQ Precision Cleaning has extensive experience with this process and will clean all your parts with optimal results.
HQ Precision Cleaning has a washing line with seven positions for small to medium-sized products. These are soap baths, rinsing baths, and positions for blowing products dry. In 2022, production capacity will be expanded with a washing line for large products. The new line will have nine positions, and the baths will hold up to 1,600 liters of water each.
