Dry cleaning refers to cleaning with IPA, or isopropyl alcohol. IPA is used for various applications in a 70% solution and 99% pure.
Wipes and cotton buds are used in combination with IPA to remove organic contamination from parts or assemblies in particular. IPA cleaning can also be a solution for other types of stains. A disadvantage of IPA cleaning is that the wipes and cotton buds can leave behind small particles.
